Great place to buy branded bikes for all the categories, be it Road, Mountain and even Hybrids. Shilpa and her team are very considerate in order to give a good purchasing experience to the customer. My experience was unambiguously noble and gratifying. As they introduce me to what I was seeking for, I was affable too. I think its a paradise for bike lovers who are passionate about what they are looking for and into, with of-course a prior research so as to obtain what One is exactly longing for.

Came without knowledge, left with so much!.......Excellent service! I came to them with little knowledge and they gave me a great deal, awesome customer service, and really good bikes. My friend and I needed some sturdy, reliable road bikes and they helped us find the perfect bike for us. We ended up spending under budget and got 2 really great Giant brand bikes. They're very well put together, and comfortable.,We Purchased Two Trek AL3 Gen Disc Road Bikes... this is my first road bike .. owner shilpa has given the bikes at the best price... staff Rishi and Arun are very professional... they trained us on howto self service the bike during the emergency .. we are 220 km far from the stores so they personally placed the bikes in our innova car and tied very well so that the bikes are free from damage during the transport...thank you..

Yellow Jersey is a bicycle store on 100 feet Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad. They have a wide range of imported bicycles of all brands. This is one shop that holds its own cycling events every week, on the lines of The Bike Affair and Decathlon. As a specialized cycle shop, I would rate it high. It has a slightly different positioning than other shops like Track & trail, Bike Affair, Decathlon or Pedaller's Point.

I bought Trek Dual Sport recently from yellow jersey. They have got nice collections of trek brand. Representative and Shilpa explained very well about the brand and type of bike which suits you. Almost with their recommendations I bought dual sport 3 which is hybrid bike.

I found the cycle is very easy to handle and lovable. Enjoying my rides whenever time permits and weekends. In future I may try MTB cycles also.

I recently purchased a Trek bicycle from Yellow Jersey, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Getting a bike, after almost 1.5 decades of owning one, seemed out of the line. I was once told by a flatmate ‘A trek is for a lifetime and probably one of the best investments one could make in life’ and that stayed with me. I googled where I can get one and the only store in Hyd was YellowJersey. I called and visited the bike-cafe like store to check the right bike for me. After spending a few hours over a couple of visits to understand the bikes from the best(Shilpa), I was able to decide what I would enjoy the most. This week, I purchased my second Trek Road Bike from these folks. My first purchase was a few years back; thoroughly enjoying my first bike though. In fact, I am keeping my first bike at our place in Kais (between Kullu-Manali area). The Trek bikes are highly reliable; never faced any problem with any of their parts. Of course, this led to purchasing the same second bike (AL2 with power brakes). Very much looking forward to using on my morning regular bike trips. The yellow Jersey owner and all the staff members are highly professional and address all your points nicely. Very pleased with this store!

It was a very good experience getting my first ever MTB bike from Yellow Jersey, A good interacting with Shilpa and the staff who suggested me with the best bike which suits my cycle ride and got Trek Marlin 5 which i am absolutely liking it , it was a very quick delivery and absolutely hassle free, there got many collection of bike accessories which is also recommended they have helped me in shipping many of the accessories to my hometown and they have a good service section a pitstop for your bike, looking forward to visit more for any of my bike purchases. HI Team Yellow Jersey - I have been only twice once on sunday late evening just before they were about to close and one today for taking delivery of my new bike. I think overall the customer experience they have given was just awesome, it is the way they positively explain minute things even for a beginner like me and my wife. The test ride experience given to us was also very much appreciative as expert staff was there to guide us in all best possible ways and YES WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACE SEEN THROUGH EYES DUE to MASK. My first dealing with Yellow Jersey and certainly not the last. Shilpa has been very helpful in me selecting the size of the bike telephonically. Once the size and the model were homed on, the bike was booked and delivered within 14 days.

Had a very pleasant bike collection process. Team Shilpa is very helpful and supportive in teaching the new customer about the nuances of the bike, DO's and DON'Ts. They will also offer free servicing for the new bikes.

They have a fairly wide variety of accessories and apparel to choose from. I am a happy customer who will be back for more

Been riding a Trek FX3 Hybrid for over 3 years and as the norm goes with any cyclist, the upgrade bug began to creep in. Having put some serious miles in 2021 with a group of friends , the itch among all of us crept in that we decided to bite the bullet to upgrade to a Roadie.

Right from our first visit to Yellow Jersey (YJ) in Aug 2021 to check bikes out and have discussions, Shilpa was always there to answer our questions and if she didn't have an answer, was willing to check it with Trek India and get back. We had multiple discussion to freeze on the model ,color options and she was always upfront on what could be done and what she cannot commit to, which was a good quality to avoid disappointment during delivery. Appreciate the professional intent of taking the extra mile to get answers/ options available for us.

What was supposed to be a Mar 2022 delivery got pulled in and we got lucky with bikes getting to us by New Year. A great way to start the year :)

Would also like to thank Shilpa and her technical team of Shiva Thamada, Shiva, Rishi, Karthik, Uday and Das who not only helped us with stuff we needed during bike assembly and fit, but always did it with a smile. We bunch are not easy ones to please :) with the amounts of requests we made and they always catered to those requests with no hesitation.

Overall a very positive and pleasant experience right from paying the advance to block the bikes, bombarding them with questions during the wait time and additional requests during delivery.

After reviewing the hybrid bicycles at various outlets, I was able to find the suitable bike for myself at yellow jersey. A great place to get an honest guidance and feedback on the quality of the bike as well as to select correct bike with in the budget I was looking for.

The staff at Yellow Jersey are extremely professional and friendly. They patiently help with all queries and welcome everyone warmly, regardless of whether you end up buying something or not. This kind of attitude is rare and truly appreciated.

Arun and Rishi are very knowledgeable. On my first visit, Rishi explained all the options clearly since I was unsure whether to go with a road bike or an MTB due to my neck and back issues. His guidance helped me understand what would suit me best.

During the purchase, Arun gave me all the time I needed and answered every single question with patience and great detail. This gave me a lot of confidence and helped me make the final decision comfortably.

The next part of the review is about the bike fitter, Ronith Debnath.

Ronith clearly knows what he is doing. He is deeply focused on rider comfort and suggests changes that genuinely improve posture and riding experience. He paid close attention to my injury history and explained every adjustment he made and why it was necessary.

This was my first-ever bike fit session, and I did not know what to expect. Ronith was very patient throughout the session and made sure the bike fit was right for me. He never rushed and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.

He even went a step further by suggesting a buyer for my replacement crank, which shows how committed he is to ensuring the best possible outcome.

After the bike fit, my rides have been comfortable and pain-free. I am genuinely grateful that I got the bike fit done and thankful to Yellow Jersey and Ronith for making it such a positive experience.

First things first.

Trek is different from other brands. I was looking for a bike to commute on Hyderabad roads which are mix of good ones, flyovers,potholes,bad patches. I wasn't sure which one to go.

Trek team suggested me dual sport which i didn't think of . I tried it and it was awesome. The quality of bike and the make is just superb. I didn't know effi bike to meet my needs until this team clarified exactly.

I found rest great with them. Just go if you want good experience. Ofcourse trek is expensive compared to other ones but it pays in long term.. thank you team.

I have purchased Domane Al 4 from Yellow Jersey. Had a great experience talking to the team. Arun and Rishi helped me with test rides, various frame sizes and also offered multiple options to try. They were very patient and supportive throughout. They also have a big, fully functional service centre. The mechs look through with their work and are cooperative.

YJ has been my goto place for quality premium bikes. From getting my first road bike in Hyd in 2022 to my first carbon bike now in 2025, YJ has been a constant.
