Yellow Jersey aims to provide a smooth shopping experience through our 30-day return window for eligible website purchases. Return eligibility varies by product and is subject to approval, inspection and the conditions below.
1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible products.
- Request requirements: Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, clear photographs and a video explaining the issue, where applicable.
- Exchanges: Eligible items may be returned for Yellow Jersey Store Credit, subject to approval.
- Replacement purchases: You may place a new order for the required product. Availability, pricing and order terms apply.
- Approval: All returns are subject to verification and inspection, without limiting rights available under applicable law.
2. Return Shipping Options

3. Refund Methods & Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier transit, inspection, verification, banks or payment providers. Refunds are initiated only after the applicable checks and approval. Nothing in this policy limits remedies required under applicable law.
4. Return Eligibility Conditions
Eligible products must meet the following requirements, where applicable:
- Condition: Unused, unwashed and resalable, except where the return concerns a defect, damage, incorrect product or another legally protected circumstance.
- Completeness: Original tags, manuals, accessories, packaging and any required promotional gifts or bundled items must be included.
- Packaging: Preserve the original packaging where possible and pack securely to prevent transit damage, loss or deterioration.
- Proof of purchase: Provide a valid receipt, invoice, order number or other accepted proof.
- Prior approval: Obtain Yellow Jersey's approval before shipping the return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns that fail the applicable conditions may be declined, subject to statutory rights.
5. Return Process
- Contact us: Share your order number, product details, reason for return and relevant photos/video.
- Review & approval: Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Arrange shipping: Use the approved doorstep pickup or self-shipping option.
- Inspection: We will check the product's condition, completeness and compliance with this policy.
- Resolution: Approved returns receive the applicable refund or store credit.
- Failed inspection: We will communicate the outcome and available next steps. Where legally permissible, a declined item may be returned at the customer's expense after the relevant details are communicated.
6. Return Packing & Unauthorised Returns
- Use the original packaging where possible and include all applicable accessories, manuals, tags and components.
- Seal the package securely and protect it against impact, moisture and movement.
- Retain shipment receipts and tracking details until the return is completed.
- Do not ship products without prior confirmation and authorised return instructions.
- Products sent to an incorrect or unauthorised address, or shipments that cannot be matched to an order, may not be accepted or processed. Yellow Jersey is not responsible for such shipments.
These provisions do not override rights protected by applicable law.
7. Products Excluded from Standard Change-of-Mind Returns
The following products are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns or exchanges:
