1. Definitions

2. Online Purchases & Payments

Our website offers bicycles, cycling equipment, sporting goods, accessories and related services, subject to the following conditions.

2.1 Purchase Requirements

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as applicable.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are intended for personal use, not corporate, commercial or self-employed business activities. We do not issue commercial GST invoices for corporate use.
• By confirming an order, you agree to complete the purchase under the applicable terms.
• Payments must be made using authorised payment methods. Customers using credit or debit cards must be legally authorised to use them.

2.2 Pricing & Product Information

• We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and prices. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur, and product images may differ slightly from actual products in colour, appearance or presentation.
• Yellow Jersey may correct pricing, typographical or product information errors and cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law.
• Orders displayed at incorrect prices may be cancelled even after confirmation or payment. Where payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be processed and the customer notified.
• Product prices, shipping charges, delivery timelines, warranties and after-sales services may vary by product and transaction.

2.3 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Yellow Jersey may refuse or cancel orders, subject to applicable law, due to:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Suspected fraud or payment verification concerns.
• Incomplete information or other valid fulfilment issues.

We may request additional information or verification before accepting an order. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers of cancellations or pending verification. Applicable refunds will be processed under the relevant refund arrangements and law.

Order acceptance, processing and dispatch will be determined by the relevant transaction records and circumstances.

2.4 Payment Confirmation & Dispatch

• Payment gateways may take approximately 24–48 hours to confirm transactions and conduct fraud checks.
• Order processing and delivery timelines generally begin after payment confirmation.
• Orders are ordinarily processed and dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Certain products may require longer processing or delivery periods.
• Please check product-specific delivery timelines before ordering.
• Yellow Jersey is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including floods, fires, wars or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.

2.5 Delivery Details & Missing Items

• Customers must provide accurate and complete names, addresses, contact numbers and other required information.
• Additional redelivery costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged, subject to applicable law.
• Report shortages, partial deliveries or missing items immediately upon receipt.
• For non-delivery, an appropriate remedy, including a refund for the undelivered product where applicable, will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

2.6 Warranties & Product Usage

• Products may be covered by their respective manufacturers' warranty, servicing, maintenance and after-sales policies.
• Customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, maintenance, servicing and safe use.
• Yellow Jersey does not assume manufacturer-specific obligations or responsibility for improper, unsafe or unauthorised product use, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Lawful Website Use & Customer Information

• Use the website and related services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate, complete and authentic information when registering, ordering or using the website.
• Yellow Jersey may verify customer information and, where legally permissible, reject registrations or restrict access if information is false, incomplete or misleading.
• Deliberately damaging the website, interfering with its operation or undermining its legitimate functioning may result in legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief, where permitted by law.
• Yellow Jersey may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms to its affiliates, subject to applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property & Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Yellow Jersey and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content includes text, images, photographs, illustrations, designs, icons, videos, software, music, downloadable files, trademarks, logos and other materials.

• Content made available for download may be copied or downloaded for personal use, where permitted. This does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

7. Sale Within India

• Users accessing the website from outside India are responsible for ensuring their access and transactions comply with applicable laws.
• International supply is not offered unless expressly agreed by Yellow Jersey.
• Yellow Jersey does not undertake responsibility for international shipping, delivery, refunds or payment arrangements for orders where such services have not been offered or confirmed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Liability for claims concerning a specific product shall be limited to the cost of the product unit or units directly involved in the claim.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Indian law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Subject to applicable law, competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.
• Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms may be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.
• Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
• These provisions do not prevent consumers from approaching a competent consumer commission or other authority where permitted by law.
